It's not too bad where I live, but London... Whew!
There's plenty of talk that English people aren't making as many babies as they used to... probably because they can't afford to have one stay-at-home parent or pay through the nose for daycare.

It may help you to note that Asperger's is identical to the negative or minus symptoms of Schizophrenia. Minus symptoms mean what an autistic child lacks that normal children have.
