Re: I'm Back To Liven Things Up

Haha... H and I like to revisit old favourites and had a major Columbo blitz last year. Now we've taken to Roseanne. She really is awful. My favourite episode is when she and Dan rediscover some pot they'd hidden long ago. But to your point: I think psychiatrists wear whatever's comfortable. I've se...

Re: The Black Pill

So long as it's not the vaccine itself, I don't worry that much. Agreed. I'd never leave home if I were scared of getting The Lurgy. My body is struggling but hopefully my immune system will adjust to the change in situation. Yeah, well... I had a recent diagnosis of high cholesterol that I'm hopin...

Re: Asperger Syndrome And Cats

Ah. THAT'S the difference between cats and dogs.
My own little stray, long gone, would definitely follow me to the kitchen.

Re: The Black Pill

Scientists were working on self-spreading vaccines in 2015. What could possibly go wrong?? The thought of contagious vaccines horrifies me. I travel on public transport most days -- crowded transport, more often than not -- and don't feel as chipper as I used to be. It's like the energy's been sucke...

Re: Asperger Syndrome And Cats

From my own experience with an aspie husband, yes, he prefers cats.
Also in my experience, cats will "show affection and warmth" only when they want something.

"the other forum"? Is that DavidBanner, by any chance?
No matter. As you've observed, this forum is in dire need of livening up.

Re: Crazy and unprecedented times are coming.

I reckon AI is going to make life worse, a LOT worse, for those of us who aren't controlling it.
Superpowers no, not for the likes of us.

Re: Crazy and unprecedented times are coming.

I think I'd rather stay my stupid natural self, keep my identity and humanity, and eventually die like we're supposed to. 20 years ago we didn't even have smart phones man, and 20 years from now we will be living in a different world. It's going to be crazy to watch, but I also don't really want to...

Re: The Black Pill

They 100% engineer viruses, I'm pretty sure they've admitted covid escaped from a lab now... Did it escape or was it deliberately manufactured and released? Chine didn't fess up to their gain-of-function experiments or warn anyone before letting their citizens travel to the four winds. On the brigh...
