What’s up man. I’m definitely still interested in following your story. It helps give me an idea of what’s in store for me.

It's going good man. Feeling great, but I don't have any major updates since my last one. I'm going to continue here, glad you made it!

MJM here, thanks for continuing this. I’m at month 18 and find myself in a wave… quite frustrating. Continuing to see improvement but man is this a long process. Sometimes I fantasize about relapsing to make it go away. Praying I don’t do that. Thanks for your posts.

Thanks for posting MJM. I'm glad you're seeing improvement. I've seen remarkable improvement over the last 22 months, and I'm also still not fully healed like yourself. Please don't let your 18 months go to waste, we are closer to recovery than we might think. I'll post an update in 2 months when I hit the 2 year mark (24 months.)

Thanks for your reply. The wave has gotten slightly better… no relapse but hoping this all ends one day.

Hope everything is well for you both. I got hit with a terrible wave at month 15 that I’ve been dealing with since. Really severe physical pain, burning sensations, akathisia, heart issues. Which is weird because the physical side of things hasn’t typically been as bad for me. I’m paranoid because I tried athletic greens drink and it sent me into horrific panic attacks that felt like beginning of paws. Then I had month of feeling great then back into this horrible wave. I’m scared that the drink set me back a ton. I was doing so good before then. Do you ever feel like new waves bring new symptoms? It’s hard to believe how physical this wave has been

If people are still actively tracking this, I’ll post a longer update sooner. But it seems like there has been no activity on the thread, so I’m thinking of just waiting till end of year.
