The media is claiming the riots in Southport were triggered by misguided claims. I've no idea where the truth lies. Whatever the case may be, it's denial to not recognise we are ever more at risk from terrorism. In Russia someone entered a public location and shot scores of civilians while detonating bombs. That's reality so it's not just Israel. Politicians continue to claim these events don't happen but the public are now very distrustful. I think it's the whitewashing that's creating anger, as Farage just pointed out.

Candid may have her particular take on that. As stated, the anti-immigration factions tend to be more pro Israel and mostly distrust Islamic expansion. Quiet Voice expresses views that are supported by radical Islam and those views became aired as the conflict broke out in Israel.
Over here, all hell has broken loose after three girls were murdered and it's perceived as a fundamentalist attack. Huge riots and spreading to other areas. The surge in right wing views here is polar opposite to the Quiet Voice agenda.
There are reasonable grounds to suppose Quiet Voice has extreme fundamentalist views and very upset over war in the Middle East. That explains a lot.

It would be hard for Quiet Voice to look in the mirror unless she removes her burkah. She probably walks around in a huge black sack and a tiny peep hole to peer out of.
Of course, some muslim countries are O.K. such as Dubai or Morocco.
I think in the UK things just built up and up, especially as Brexit voters actually voted against the EU to lessen immigration.

I wouldn't describe Q.V. as just expressing anti-Jewish sentiment. Her views would even make ISIS seem to be moderates. She's up there with the mullahs of Iran, I think.

Myself, I'm not actually racist at all. I totally oppose multiculturalism but only on the grounds it leads to division, gangs, racial tensions. There's hardly any racism in Japan because Japan has its secure identity.
