Covid Recovery Without The Vax
Last night was dramatic for me. Friends-staff found me semi conscious and on the floor at my local store. I'd been ill since Friday and something gave way. Apparently my face and hands were yellow and my clothes soiled by a discharge that came out of my mouth. I don't recall falling so must have fainted. Symptoms have been chills, fever, zero energy, border pneumonia and loss of taste. Friends were shocked by my state and called an ambulance. They didn't do a Covid test but just blood and pressure tests. I could have gone to hospital but preferred to go home to my cat. It may not be Covid but the loss of taste is the main symptom that suggests it might be. A big factor is I was training hard and intense exercise can divert recovery and allow viruses to get a good hold. Plus the weather this winter must have killed hundreds.

After the collapse I ended up being sick in the toilets. After that, I felt better. As they said prior to all the hysteria, Covid is a nasty flu virus but poses more risk to people with serious health issues. In my case it's been bordering pneumonia which you have to try and avoid.

LOL.....
There's no such thing as "Covid". Viruses have never been proven to exist.
You are sick because you body got poisoned and/or your body felt the need to release built-up mucus from itself.

This is a bit different to regular flu. Again, soreness on the scalp and weird taste symptoms. I normally love coffee and sweets but coffee now tastes unpleasant. Given present circumstances this could kill me theoretically. It hit me at a time of bitter cold weather and I still have to shop and cut up firewood. I ought to be in hospital but need to stay home to take care of my cat.
A virus was named "pestilentia" by the Romans. One wiped out nearly the entire Roman army.

I had a dose of the original WuFlu in January 2020... repeatedly unable to breathe by nose or by mouth for what felt like minutes but obviously wasn't. It kept me in bed for four days; my throat would close up. However, I'm a defiant sort of a gal and whenever it happened I would struggle outside and smoke a cigarette. I didn't have WuFlu in my consciousness, thought maybe the fags had finally got me. No snot involved.
I now understand that lying face down would have helped.
My hero Mike Yeadon said the original was the worst, and I'm sticking with that. So I consider myself immune.
Now we have bird flu, and chickens are already being slaughtered in their millions. Price of eggs soaring, naturally.
Good thing you have a cat who needs you.

I wonder if it's climate related. I'll bet thousands have died due to floods, gales and cold. That may have impacted on potency of viruses. Or maybe the weather weakened me gradually. I've no central heating so the wood burner is my only source of warmth. Coal is far better but it isn't cheap so I chop wood up. It seems to me communities are being thinned out by climate change.

I never had breathing symptoms. I had pneumonia in the 1990s and it got a lot worse than I have now. Now fortunately I can still get on my feet and walk to the shops. I think my determination to keep looking after my cat helps me to not let the illness break me down.Candid wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2025 7:26 am I had a dose of the original WuFlu in January 2020... repeatedly unable to breathe by nose or by mouth for what felt like minutes but obviously wasn't. That's why I said I was glad you have a cat. I think I'd probably rise from my deathbed if I had a pet Home Alone.Fulgurator wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2025 11:15 pm I think my determination to keep looking after my cat helps me to not let the illness break me down.
The heating at my place isn't great either. Couple of times this winter I've had hat, coat and scarf on all day. And our cheerless leaders would have us believe in global warming! Pull the other one, I say.

This is my situation. There's now extreme cold so my home is freezing without the fire lit. Today it took me a good two hours to cut up a sack of firewood. During sleep it gets freezing so I sleep with my coat on. I've not been well enough to wash my coat and bedding.Candid wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2025 11:21 pmThat's why I said I was glad you have a cat. I may have pneumonia as my lungs make funny noises at night. I can still take to my feet so it's not full pneumonia yet. I'm hoping the chest infection will clear without antibiotics. If there's no sign of improvement by tomorrow I'll have to see a doctor.
The whole situation has been a disaster. It's exposed how at risk I am. Reminds me of what happened to Grigory Perelman. He opted to live by himself deep in the Russian woods, with food supplies and a stove plus log-burner. He came down with flu, couldn't look after himself and nearly died. A friend found him half dead and they had to airlift him to hospital.

Don't leave it too long or you'll get bunged into a hospital, cat or no cat.Fulgurator wrote: ↑Fri Feb 07, 2025 10:41 pm If there's no sign of improvement by tomorrow I'll have to see a doctor.
